The Health and Safety of our patrons is extremely important to Music and Beyond. We have reduced capacity at each of our concerts to provide extra space between groups, where possible. We would also encourage all our patrons to wear a mask while inside any venue.

The 2022 Membership discount is a new feature to the Music and Beyond summer festival. Purchase a Membership and receive specialty pricing on all Music and Beyond festival concert tickets in 2022! With 40 concerts to choose from, significant savings are in store when purchasing a Membership discount – the membership pays for itself after only 6 General Admission concert tickets purchased! Simply look for the discounted tickets that say ‘with Membership’.  

Please note: The Music and Beyond Membership is not a Festival Pass. All events will also require a ticket to attend. 

For Regular Events, all ticketholders will choose their seat on a first come first serve basis within the section they have purchased tickets for. Music and Beyond volunteers will be available at each venue to help make sure patrons can space themselves out safely and comfortably.

For Premium Events, all ticketholders will be assigned seats at the discretion of Music and Beyond prior to their arrival at the concert. Please note that assigned seats may only be able to be changed in order to accommodate accessibility requirements.

If you have purchased tickets or passes to the 2020 Music and Beyond festival, we thank you!

You have four options:

1) We ask you to consider donating the value of your passes and tickets to Music and Beyond. You will receive a receipt for income tax purposes for the full amount you paid for your tickets, including all HST charged. This will help us to cover our operational costs and provide virtual programming (while supporting artists) until things return to normal.

2) We can defer the amount you paid as a credit towards future ticket purchases.

3) Should you choose a refund, please let us know.

4) You may wish to combine any or all of the above. Just let us know how you would like it divided.

We ask all ticket buyers and pass holders to contact us at boxoffice@musicandbeyond.ca.

There will be no tickets available for sale at the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

Late admission will be given at the discretion of the performers – we cannot guarantee admission after the scheduled start time. You may be seated in the space closest to the exit in order to limit distraction instead of in your selected seat right away. We will do our best to move you to your selected seat during a break in play. 

While very rare, sometimes an event has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. When this happens, ticket holders will be notified and refunded.

All tickets are final sale. Should you feel ill on the day of an event, we kindly ask that you stay home. Contact boxoffice@musicandbeyond.ca to discuss options regarding your ticket(s).

You will receive an official tax receipt for all donations made to Music and Beyond. This includes cash donations, wine donations, auction items, stocks, bonds and mutual funds, or securities.

Take your Music and Beyond virtual content experience to the next level! 

In order to have the best experience when viewing our virtual content, make sure you follow these tips: 

  • Confirm that your speaker volume is turned on and adjusted to your liking. 
  • Use external speakers or headphones to enhance the sound if watching on a laptop, tablet, or computer. 
  • Connect your laptop to your television using an HDMI cable to increase the sound quality and view the content on a larger screen.  
  • If you have a Smart TV, search for Music and Beyond in the YouTube app! 

If you feel like your screen or video is lagging you can: 

  • Close other applications or windows that may be running in the background.  
  • Pause the video and allow it to load. 
  • Try refreshing the page.
